How to run an individual report without paying for a full membership

Updated over a month ago

If you prefer to just run a single salary report for $29.95, you can set up an account to do that without paying for an annual membership. However, remember that you can generate unlimited reports for just $99/year!

Note: If you purchased a single report in the past, you would have created a login. Using that login will allow you to view your single report online or download a PDF version again.

  1. If you have not already done so, you'll need to create an account. For instructions on how to do that, visit this article!

  2. Navigate back to the ChurchSalary website.

  3. Under Create a Report, click Get Started.

  4. Enter all of the criteria needed for your report. If you need any help with entering the criteria, check out our video walkthrough! When you're finished, click Continue.

  5. In your cart, click Check out, or select a specific payment option.

  6. If you click Check out, you'll be taken to the ChurchSalary Store to make the payment. Re-enter the email address you used to set up your account.

  7. Next, enter your Billing and Payment information. When you're finished, click Place Order.

  8. You'll receive a confirmation screen, as well as an email with your order number. The easiest way to access your report is to click Continue Shopping to navigate back to the main page of your account.

  9. You should now see a red download icon and a message that your report is ready. Just click Claim Report.

  10. You can review or edit your criteria, and click Continue when you are ready to claim your report.

  11. Note that once you click Continue, the loading wheel may spin for a minute or two while the report is generated. Please do not close the window or refresh during this time. Once your report has been generated, you can view it online and click Download + Save Report to save the report.

  12. Now any time you sign back into your account, you can click the View Reports button to view any reports you have run in your account.
