Navigating My Account

Change your information, renew your membership, and more in My Account!

Updated over a month ago

Anyone with a ChurchSalary account of any type can log in and view their account details by clicking My Account, or by visiting https://www.churchsalary.com/account/. You can use this page to manage your account details and payment information, view previous payments, and more.

Memberships

The Memberships tab shows if you have an active ChurchSalary membership. You can view the basic information, as well as make adjustments here.

Clicking the Manage menu on the right side will give 2 options:

  • Enable/Disable auto renew: By default, all ChurchSalary memberships will auto-renew one year after purchase. You can use this button to toggle that auto-renew. If you disable it, remember that you'll need to manually renew your membership on or before the end date.

  • Update renewal payment method: Click this button to change or update the information for your credit card on file that will be used to renew your membership.

Important Note: Make sure to select the "Credit Card" option when adding a new card, not the "Card" option.

Profile

You can use the Profile tab to view and update information for your account like your name, email, address, password, and company. Just make the changes and click Save Changes when you're finished!

Payments

Use the Payments tab to add or update your payment methods for your ChurchSalary membership. Any existing cards on file will be shown, as well as which of those is your default payment method.

Note that the Edit icon next to each card cannot currently be used to edit that card's information. If you need to enter a new card, or update an existing one (ie, with a new expiration date), click Add payment method and make sure to select Credit Card (not Card).

Add your new card details and click Save Changes to add the card.

Transactions

You can view your previous transactions under the Transactions tab. You can also resend the email confirmation of your purchase, or download the pdf receipt.
