How to generate a single salary report
First you'll need to create a free account on ChurchSalary by clicking this link- this special account type cannot be accessed through the normal website.
Enter the email address you'd like to use to sign in, and then enter the one time password you receive to that email. This account is completely free, and you will not need to enter any payment information in order to create it. But make sure to use the link above, because it is pre-set to take you to the single salary report purchase page.
Once you have created the account, you will be prompted to fill out your Church Profile. This will give some basic information on your church's size, location, and budget that are important for generating a report.
Now, you'll need to create an Employee Profile describing the specific employee you'd like to create a salary report for.
Once you've created your Church Profile and an Employee Profile, return to your Dashboard, select the employee you just created, and click Salary Report.
Now you can view the preview report. This report shows some basic information about expected salary ranges for an employee in this position, accounting for experience, your church's budget, location, and other factors. To see the full report with all of its data and insights, click View Full Report.
This screen will prompt you to choose whether you'd like to purchase the single report, or a membership that will let you run unlimited reports. To purchase just the single report, select Solo Report and click Continue to Checkout.
Add payment information and complete checkout. On the Order Confirmation screen click View Report to see your full results!
Once the report loads, you can click the green Download and Save Report button to save a copy to both your Dashboard and your computer.
Once you have downloaded and saved the report, a copy will always be accessible in your ChurchSalary account by clicking View Reports on your Dashboard.
A few notes to consider:
The Report Preview is designed to give church leaders and job seekers a preview of a Salary Report.
If you'd like to be able to access the Preview later, please click the Save as PDF button on the preview screen to download a copy to your computer. Saving a local copy ensures that you always have access to the figures in your Preview.
Free subscribers to the Salary Report Preview can generate 1 preview for a maximum of 2 employees every 9 months. After 9 months, you can generate another set of free previews for up to 2 employees.
Each preview can be re-generated (accessed again) via the Dashboard for a maximum of 1 hour. That is why we encourage you to download a PDF copy! After 1 hour, free subscribers will either need to create a second Employee Profile or upgrade to become a Basic member.
Having issues viewing your report?
As a courtesy, ChurchSalary tries to automatically render and download your single salary report. However, there are a few reasons why this automatic download may fail:
The download may be blocked by your browser settings
The download may be blocked by a firewall or security setting
The report may rarely fail to load before you leave the page
